Founded in2016 byTatiana L. Jones inBrooklyn, New York, Flava Stylings® was created from a vision to merge Caribbean culture, New York street fashion, and the universal language of music into one lifestyle brand.
As the daughter of a Haitian mother and Jamaican father, Tatiana was raised in a home where culture wasn't simply celebrated—it was lived every day. Music, creativity, resilience, and self-expression shaped her perspective from an early age.
While pursuing her education, Tatiana found herself at a crossroads. Although she had spent more than a decade studying and performing music, she knew a traditional career in music wasn't the path she wanted to follow. Encouraged by family and friends to explore DJing while searching for her purpose, she realized her true calling wasn't just music—it was creating something that reflected every part of who she was.
That realization becameFlava Stylings®.
Flava Stylings® is a unisex clothing brand designed for individuals who aren't afraid to stand apart while looking clean.
Our collections combine clean aesthetics, bold simplicity, and cultural influence to create timeless pieces that feel authentic—not trendy. Every design is inspired by the vibrant energy/vibes of NYC while honoring the heritage and creativity of the Caribbean.
We believe style should be both exclusive and inclusive.
That's why our apparel is designed to make every customer feel unique while remaining accessible through inclusive sizing from Small to 3XL.
Our name tells our story.
Flava represents our Caribbean roots. Across many Caribbean cultures, words ending in"or," "er," or"r" are naturally spoken with an"a" sound, turningFlavor intoFlava.
Stylings reflects our commitment to redefining streetwear through originality, confidence, and individuality.
